In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK Law, data subjects have the right to: (i) learn whether their personal data is processed, (ii) request information if their personal data has been processed, (iii) learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, (iv) know the third parties to whom their personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, (v) request correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data and request that this correction be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, (vi) request the deletion or destruction of personal data despite being processed in accordance with the KVKK Law and other relevant laws if the reasons for its processing no longer exist and request that this be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, (vii) object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and (viii) claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.
